A collection of high-tech tools and gadgets such as drone clamps, magnetic clamps, neutron rams, laser cutters and probes, that are essential to routine maintenance on a TARDIS. A TARDIS toolkit in a special toolbox with an electronic, touch-sensitive lock used to be standard issue on older model TARDISes such as the Doctor's Type 40. The Doctor's toolkit originally was kept in such a toolbox but it eventually became lost or destroyed and now he keeps the tools in an old leather satchel in the console room.
